# Community-Driven IP Pooling and Co-Ownership

Kindred’s community-driven approach empowers $KIN holders to participate in the creation and co-ownership of new agents tied to iconic IPs or original concepts. This collaborative model aligns user interests with platform growth, ensuring long-term engagement and sustainability.

**How It Works:**

1. **Agent Proposal**: Creators or IP holders propose new agents, detailing funding requirements and revenue potential.
2. **Community Funding**: $KIN holders pool tokens to meet funding goals, securing proportional ownership in the agent’s future revenue streams.
3. **Revenue Sharing**: Contributors earn a fixed share of the agent’s ongoing revenues, distributed transparently via smart contracts.

This model fosters a collaborative ecosystem where users, creators, and developers share in the success of the agents they help bring to life.
